This was an April Fools joke. To the best of my knowledge, Mother 3 was only developed for the 64DD/N64 by Ape, Inc./HAL Laboratory, Inc. before Brownie Brown did the GBA version.

I heard that firstly they started it for SNES. Imagine as it not being April Fools Day Prima Aprilis Joke.

I looked it up, but the details are vague, to say the least. Based on the Wikipedia, TCRF, and this Reddit thread, development started on the Super Famicom CD, much like Secret of Mana. Wikipedia says that, "About halfway through development, the team attempted to scale back its large scope and changed its target from cartridge to the 64DD peripheral." So, there may be prototypes somewhere with the whole Detective angle. Unfortunately, I feel like the information isn't concrete, so it's hard to say where development on the Super Famicom CD halted to switch to the 64DD.
At the very least, I think any prototypes of Mother 3 from these eras of development would be really intriguing to dissect.

and the visual aspect of the game is quite crude (the sprite that looks best is that of the protagonist just because he is a stickman with sunglasses) -

There is a bullets behaviour you assign to your character, that makes the code easier, under "behaviours"

i meant that when the character is pointing to the right, the bullets spawn where they should, but when he is on the right, they move to the right but the spawn point is incorrect

Itch.io has lots of free assets also. Under the bullets behavior tab, there is a "rotate bullets" option, can try that. Or in the code can try

That's cool tho, I'm proud of you going back to it, not giving up. It is difficult at first to learn, but fun once you get the hang of it. I think I've watched every tutorial video there is, but I still struggle sometimes to get stuff to work right. But gotta keep trying dif things, and eventually you will get it right.+1
