@Maxbeta Here's an updated Snea9x Core with AXPro support, it is faster than the OG Snes9x core but not enough to make the FMV sequences faster :/ but it maybe enough to optimize the MSU-1 audio track quality to “Highest”????? I dunno :P
you'll have to try..

Extract the Zip to the Retroarch folder, delete the Core Cache file in the Retroarch/Cores/info folder (otherwise you new Snes9x AXPRO Core wont show up in the list)
Load Retroarch.
Make sure you choose AXPro Driver in Settings>Audio
Set the Output Rate in Settings>Audio>Output to = 32040
Back out to Main Menu then Load the new Snes9x Core and load your game :)

Did you create a Issue on github describing the problem? If you already have then that's all we can do and hope they can fix it.
The rate is actually 32040. This could be set by editing the settings file.
Oh ok :P I'll edit my post thanks :) You can also goto the Main Menu and Save Configuration too, but once you select a different Core then back to the AXPro Snes9x/AXPro PCSX again the Output Rate will default back to 48000.

You should test pgm games with mame 2003 plus. Some of these games works perfectly.
mame 2003 plus is only compatible with 2 pgm games

Ok we have a New Pcsx Core I want you guys to test your games with it..
Make sure to enable Threaded SPU in Quick Menu>Core Options>Audio Settings and Threaded Rendering (Synchronous/Asynchronous) in Quick Menu>Core Options>Video settings, we need to know what perf increase if any it has, try switching between settings, some games will actually have lower perf when setting Synchronous/Asynchronous and you may have graphical issues when using the Asynchronous setting. just try all your games and post what changes the settings have.. Thank You!

The attachment is labelled pcsx_rearmed but it is actually Unai :P I did this so you can compare between Pcsx_rearmed and the older Unai builds :)

There is now a need for someone to create a saturn core emulator on the wii u while the N64 is being tried, even though it is slow, it could evolve over time.

I sent you a message about how to find a way to run some games on the Yabause Wii, some new settings that I found while trying, I don't know if you already knew but I wanted to share
but playing only using Wii controls is very bad, an example of this is in Saturn's Castlevania where you have few buttons to hit, defend, dodge and enter the map menu

I don't know of anyone willing to make the Saturn Core WiiU compatible...
I did try to compile the Core myself with no luck, it kept showing errors about STD :P yeah not my area of expertise.
So unless there's someone who has experience with that Core and WiiU dev and are willing to take a look at it, I don't know what to do.

Yabause Wii does support the Wii Classic Controller, not great but better than nothing I guess?

Apologies if this has already been answered somewhere, but is it possible to emulate mouse input for Amiga games? I can find controller config, but nothing specifically for mouse input. I imagine in might be possible to simulate X/Y axis using the analog stick, but the question is… how?? Specifically in RetroArch’s menu system on Wii U, that is

Mouse as an input isnt supported on Retroarch WiiU, tho you can control the Amiga UI with the WiiU Gamepad Touchscreen iirc?

@Zeox-gamer I got Yabause to compile and run.. after much trial and error :P
Good news it does boot a game, bad news is as expected it runs awfully and there is a weird blue hue on the screen, so unplayable.

Clock Work Knight runs @ 8fps
Clockwork Knight 2 - Pepperouchau's Adventure (USA)-240517-210752.png

This is what no Opengl and Dynarec support looks like :P

If anyone wants to try and improve the Core this is what you need to add to the Makefile for WiiU to build:

# Nintendo WiiU
else ifneq (,$(findstring wiiu,$(platform)))
TARGET := $(TARGET_NAME)_libretro_$(platform).a
CC = $(DEVKITPPC)/bin/powerpc-eabi-gcc$(EXE_EXT)
CXX = $(DEVKITPPC)/bin/powerpc-eabi-g++$(EXE_EXT)
AR = $(DEVKITPPC)/bin/powerpc-eabi-ar$(EXE_EXT)
ENDIANNESS_DEFINES = -DWORDS_BIGENDIAN -DMSB_FIRST -DHW_WUP -mcpu=750 -meabi -mhard-float -D__ppc__
STATIC_LINKING = 1
HAVE_SSE = 0
HAVE_THREADS = 0

No, because I only use it for the Wii U controller and gamepad, the Wii controls are bad, I use the Wiimote on Bomberman and I already think it's horrible with the classic controller, so I still have to put it on the Wiimote
God free me lol
but I figure out how to run the games in a good way

Hello,

@ploggy As everybody knows I really want to have a Yabause core for Wii U too ! I hope we can have that one day !

Meanwhile I play Yabause on Wii with the vWii of Wii U and Wiimote or classic controller... I use sign_c2w_patcher a homebrew for Wii U and I can play 4 games without too much problem : Alien Trilogy ; Clockwork Knight ; Keio Flying Squadron 2 ; Saturn Bomberman.

Setting for these games (except for Saturn Bomberman) :
With Bios (Now Without).
Set Timing Parameters : Decline Number 15
Divide Number for Clock : 1

Setting for Saturn Bomberman :
Carbridge : none (so no problem with the sound).
With Bios (Now Without).
Set Timing Parameters : Smpc Parametral Timing : 1900
Smpc Other Timing : 1200
Decline Number : 7
Divide Number for clock : 4

@Zeox-gamer if you know best setting pameters I'm interest to know that ^^.

Panzer dragoon ; Daytona USA and Sega Rally are too slow... Golden axe the duel have just one problem : I can use an attack (by exemple I can use the sword with the character Milon Flare).

I really hope that one day we can play these directly with the Wii U and his GamePad (and have the option to play with 9 other humain player).

I'll post the WiiU Saturn Core for you guys to mess with but temper your expectations lol
This is as far as I can take it, I cant code at all, I was lucky to even get it to compile :D

But if anyone can get rid of the weird blue hue we will at least have a decent start point if in the future WiiU HB gets OpenGL support or a Saturn PPC JIT :)

Here's the Saturn Core... Extract to your Retroarch folder.. Delete the core_info.cache file in the info folder after you've transferred the files. :)

Your going to need a Saturn Bios, placed in the Retroarch/cores/system folder named saturn_bios.bin (it says its optional but may as well put it in there) :)
