I have a xbox 360 pro from 2007.I recently fixed the 3 rrod gpu error on it and now am getting 2 rrod which means it's overheating.I didn't put any thermal paste on it. Do I need any?

You're not putting thermal paste on a product that has active cooling...
Active cooling and thermal paste.

I could also claim to know a lot about disassembling and finetuning car engines cause I got a car.
Doesn't make me an expert in it.

Without firing shots.
You should ALWAYS put thermalpaste on heatsinks, especially if they have active cooling.
Also, seeing it's a 2007, it's likely to be a Zephyr.
Without an expensive reball, the RROD will come back again.
It's a waste of time and money trying to fix it.

Your right I should just buy a pc and play games on it.No point in fixing a outdated console anyway. Thanks for your help.Still I'll give the xbox 1 last chance. If it doesn't work,it's recycling time.Besides pc is better anyway
