Review Approach:
While creating this review I remembered some of the good moments I've had with the game, and also remembered the bad things about it.
Yoshi's Crafted World is the eight game in the Yoshi franchise, the game was revealed in 2017 and released 2 years later.
The game starts in a cutscene where the Yoshi's are living a happy life with Sundream Stone, a monument that can make anyone's dream true, that is until Kamek and Bowser Jr. tried to steal the monument, but in the end its gems went away somewhere on the map.
After the prologue ends, the game starts, and it has more than 40 different stages, and each one with a different theme, also the games graphics are simply amazing, they all have aesthetics of cardboard, and you can even interact with some stages elements and the background or foreground using your eggs.
Yoshi's Crafted World isn't difficult, I maybe died 10-20 times in the whole game, even the boss battles were really easy, and this is coming for a bad gamer, that can't beat Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze, honestly I would've preferred if the game was just a little bit harder.
Every level can be beaten 2-3 times, you can play it normally, or backwards trying to catch the poochy's, there are times where an NPC asks you to find a specific item for him, and deliver to him.
After some time, the game starts to get stale, although the stages themes are always different, I always expected to get some new mechanic in the middle of the game but that never happened, and the game isn't that much replayable.

Gameplay
Usually the gameplay of a Yoshi game is already good, but with you having to pay atention to the background and foreground makes it even better.

Presentation
The presentation of the game is really good.
6
Lasting Appeal
As I said, it starts to get a little bit stale at the end.
