    On this case, you have to copy your Nintendo folder from the root of ypur SD Card and move it to the EmuMMC folder if I am correct. Then, maybe it will show all the update data for your games.

    I have a concerning issue. In my hekate, I have the usual 3 boot CFW. Stock / CFW - SysNAND / CFW - EmuNAND When I install a theme on the EmuNAND, it reflects it to the SysNAND. Since my SysNAND is clean only use execute and download homebrew, I am worried that it will be "dirty".
