    Hacking FSHax

Giving everything access to something else with full access isn't much better. Someone could just as easily create a malicious file that uses your 'separate node' to brick. Furthermore, I'd like to point out that since users can pack their own titles, they can easily give them enough access to...

Hacking Safehax (11.1/2) downgrade without DSIWare

This is likely the case, but even when I manually set the parameters to launch safemode mset, for example, it still doesn't work without a gamecard. It might be wise to see what safemode process9 is doing, so I'll look into that.

https://github.com/TiniVi/safehax has been updated, I removed k11 exploitation. Please run svchax/waithax/fasthax separately before launching. if svcBackdoor is not available, it needs to be installed.

Ok, so what I've gathered is that running with waithax isn't working for anyone. Can anyone test under 11.0?

That's because it's either hanging on firm reboot, or under safemode firm. That's interesting. I would assume payload memcpy is crashing somewhere, which IS an issue I ran into, but only with huge payloads... I'll try to look into that.

https://github.com/TiniVi/safehax/blob/master/source/main.c#L160 This is what your seeing. It seems like you get a hang after application exit, since getting to that point generally means everything ran fine.

If anyone wants to test on 10.7 or below, it uses svchax instead.

If it fails for anyone, I'd appreciate a desc of your version and setup and any misc info that might be helpful. Within my own tests, I never experienced any issues, so this is pretty interesting.

Screen corruption is because i swap the framebuffer format to match what arm9 payloads use (BGR8). Strange that it didn't run, though...

Oh, I haven't added a check to see if a k11 exploit has already been run. Plus, waithax uses it's own backdoor and not an svc I can call.
