    go to the pfba github page here: https://github.com/Cpasjuste/pemu/tree/master/pfba scroll down and you'll find there the links to download the mixrbv2 and video files for each system and put the in the correct folders

    Yes video_snaps_delay put it to 1 or other number and they should start playing after that time

    Yes they work on the latest version. Open the options menu and change the delay time to something other than 0 and they should work, supposedly that you have tge files in tge correct folder, at least that's how it worked for me, I think , since I really don't use them
