    When you run the nuke.uf2 to blank the chip, you plug it in via ubs c with the console off and it's instantly detected, console doesn't seem to turn itself on.     I think it's massive. installers can test then blank out the chip. Users could then plug it into usb on their end and flash it.

    What about wiring the button to vol + or -? I spammed that button on the pico after the console booted and it didn't seem to have any effect. Also, does anyone know where the D+ and D- points are on a lite?

    Welp turns out it works exactly like that. I wired up d+ and -. held the button on the pico, pressed power and boom. I can write to the rp2040 over the switches usb c port. This is huge! now if the chip is blank, no button will need to be held. It should just come up on windows.

    the pads are behind the flex cable in the first pic. 1684562875 pink screen is usually a damaged cmd resistor on oled. Check that the resistor measures 4.7k ohms rp2040 will throw a slow emmc error if there's no 47ohm resistors on cmd clk and dat0. maybe these boards are missing those added...

    It looks like a similar setup to the trinket m0 which has the ability to be reprogrammed over the switches usb down the line. It's just these two wires that handle that afaik. I don't see why the same couldn't be possible with the rp2040

    I have a couple of these ordered and I'm looking forward to playing with them. I'm super interested in that little + and - up top. Should be usb passthrough for programming / debugging over the switches usb c port. I also managed to get my hands on one of the lite versions of these chips.

    You can use this mod in an unpatched switch but I'd recommend looking into the fusee suite for trinket m0, xiao and other boards. it's basically an internal payload injector , rcm jig with some neat feature and doesn't rely on glitching. If it's unpatched, that's the better choice imo.

    I've done quite a few Picofly installs over the past couple days. 3 oleds with hynix and a v1. Now in all cases so far, I've needed to increase the value of the resistors on clk and cmd from 47ohm to 120ish. I followed pdf guide which recommends adding a second 47ohm resistor if emmc...
