    Have seen quite a few sellers clearly selling hacked shiny Pokemon. Up there with the scalpers in terms of scum baggery for me. Should they be getting reported, and would it actually do anything to get the listings removed?

    Yes, the DSI XL and all 3ds models use the same charging port. All consoles are universal in terms of the power input, so a US 3DS charger will work fine with a DSI/3DS from anywhere in the world.

    You can download fine on a banned console, just did it there. Worked fine for me. Make sure you clear out all the old atmosphere folders and start fresh. Make sure you have all the sig patches. Works fine for me booting with fusee.bin

    He used one that connected to a WiiMote not a USB adapter. The adapter which connects to the WiiMote mimics a classic controller so works in Wii/Wii U games that support the classic controller.
