Just bought a 2DS of a Swap And Shop on Facebook, but it has a parental lock on it. Any idea of how I could reset it? I tried the 3DS reset tool, but my inquiry number is 10 digits. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I see no reason why you wouldn't be able to link this, since its not piracy or warez. Its just like linking to smea's payload website or something.
