Hacking 3DS can boot from SD Card?

Hello everyone, I bought this and I want to play some games on it. If I remove the microSD card which contains the audio guide the console gives this message: microSD card is not inserted. Can we make it run games and use it as a console?

Can the 3DS boot from a SD Card? There's any way to do this, now that we have the Bootrom? I'm curious.
