The generated SMDH file includes the description you've provided and the theme author as your username

I'm just waiting for the day that one of these theme sites makes a 3DS homebrew that downloads and applies themes for you without needing to DL through a computer first.

I were contacted by GotKrypto months ago to add such feature in CHMM but never got access to their API or some documentation on how 3dsthemes works to properly write a wrapper.
If @MarioErmando wants to share some API to add such feature, i can work on it for a newer version of CHMM,

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but 3DSThem.es will generate a preview of the theme when you upload it.
