ROM Hack Question a mod to make (Little Nightmares) runs at cap 30fps?

Hi @masagrator please can make a mod to make this game runs at locked 30 fps instead of 35 to 48. So it useless because it’s not at stable framerate.
This game is so much fun but because of unsteady framerate it makes the experience not that good. BTW It runs by unreal engine 4.

This was weird. Most of settings I have know was not working and this is working only for gameplay. In menu is still unlocked 60 FPS. Hopefully it will not switch to 60 FPS later. Otherwise only IPS patch would be to make.

Thank you so much. It seems it works great on it. Even on tilte screen it 30fps cap. But please can I use it with high definition at the same time?

Because I use this mod on it but when I put your file on it it cap at 30fps but the HD mod goes a way. Any idea please?

I was not testing which setting actually worked.

I have deleted one file that could conflict and it still works, so here it is.

So it's 60 FPS only in loading screens

Thanks for your trying to help me out. But unfortunately I tried this new file but it seems not apply with HD mod with it. However everything is perfect about 30fps in gameplay.
Any idea please.

Are you sure you are not overwriting your HD mod?
Because both are using the same filename.
Rename one file to

Atlas-Switch_0_P.pak

And another to

Atlas-Switch_1_P.pak
