you probally can't cause afaik the n2 elite requires either nfc on your smartphone, or you must buy the usb thing for the pc to use it. (Or find a cheap nfc supported smart phone)

If it doesn't support NFC, you can't use it with your phone, go and search N2 Elite usb reader online, just buy it.
