Hey there,
I'm searching for hours to get to know Homebrew and bans better and better and thanks to this wonderful community, I have learned so much until know!

But there is still one question coming up to my mind: I want to edit the savegame of ACNH because of getting items, other neighbors and so on. I think I will connect both of my ACNH games, the one I have now edited with Save Manager online on my banned switch and the new one, with local play and trade the items and neigbors and whatever. Is that save or is there a risk that my new switch will get banned?
Thanks for the help :)

I don't think local play would get you banned.
Hell, playing online might not either. I've done it even before it was really popular to do anyways and I was fine.
As long as you don't flaunt your town with mods online for salty people to report you, you're most likely fine.

I mean I'm not sure... I try to explain it: I want to edit my ACNH savegame on my hacked switch, than give e.g. the item via local play to my ACNH game on the non-hacked switch and than play online with the non-hacked switch. Is there a possibility that my non-hacked switch will get banned?

You should be fine. I play various games with my wife via local. My unit is hacked and banned while hers is untouched. It's been bout 2-3 years now since we first played

I recall @impeeza mentioned some trick about not having bloatware when installing windows where you set up your country to "world" or smh like that

Yes, you can debloat the operating system, but in some cases for me it just reinstalls them.

@Xdqwerty yes, when you are installing Windows on the first steps you are asked for your current location, you MUST to select «international» so no bloatware is installed, because the bloatware is location based. if this night I have some time I will setup a VM and take screenshots.

I even explained to him about file sizes multiple times...

@Psionic Roshambo, Yeah, BonziBuddy was both spyware and ad-ware. It collected children's personal information without consent as well as display fake Windows popups.
