Am I insane or is there a Metroid gyroid?

I can't find anything online about such a thing existing but I swear I saw one time in a gameplay video of Animal Crossing City Folk there was a Metroid themed gyroid that played the original Metroid title theme when placed. Am I insane?

So I'm pretty sure there is an item called Metroid that plays the Metroid theme, but it's not a gyroid. I found it in a save editor
