There's no NSP for 1.5.X publicly available from what I know.If my post is not allowed (even if I don't ask for a direct link/website name), please feel free to remove or edit my post.
I know we are not allowed to share .nsp or give direct link about anything related to the game here on gbatemps
But if someone can give me a hint about where I can probably find the latest version (1.5.x) for the switch but without downloading it directly on my switch ( I won't connect my switch on internet ), it would be appreciated. You can also come in my dm because why not. (The link in the first page is not the latest version btw)
I find NOTHING on internet and I know how to search for that kind of stuff but it seem the only host for the game is on something i'm forced to use on my switch with internet activated and I'm just too paranoid, even with incognito/90dns.
Any updates on this? Just asking because I'm really looking forward to play AM2R v1.5x on switchIt's not done yet.
Pretty much, yes.So basically the only way to fix the major GFS elevator bug is to get through that part on the PC 1.5.2 build and then once that's done save somewhere in the GFS and then restore with checkpoint?
I'm on the JITS 1.5.2 NX build
That's not a bad set up especially with 1.5.2 being much newerPretty much, yes.
I think that's the only way to get 100% on the Switch version right now.
No further versions have been made that I know.
Here's the answer:Alright I'm confused
who made the 1.5.2 build, and have they released a newer version with that bug fixed? Where do they exist? are they a phantom?
And nope, as far as I know, no version of 1.5.2 with the ship nor the tower boss fixes has been released, so we are still on the buggy 1.5.2 version.I'm on the JITS 1.5.2 NX build
Rules #1 and #2 of the Fight Club.ok but who made this thing????
Beats me tbh. All the games added to JITS or any of those servers are anonymous, no one wants their name to pop up when uploading games of any kind.ok but who made this thing????
I did finish it, to the best of my abilities, to 100%.i dont think it is completed 100% and read some review some complains got in stuck somewhere in maze unsolved. if anybody got to finish the game then let us know!
Thanks for update the issue and what needs to be done. I will just wait for next new update or maybe not.I did finish it, to the best of my abilities, to 100%.
The only 3 issues I could notice with the latest 1.5.2 version available are:
And those are all. Tbh the most game breaking ones are #1 and #2. #3 is only a minor annoyance, and it can be fixed by exiting any water body when it starts happening, but the other two are really game breaking.
- Destroying the Tower's Sentry Boss cannons (any of the 4) causes the game to crash with the following error message:
(Workaround: Try to kill the boss without destroying ANY of the 4 cannons, hitting the Boss' core directly only)
- Going to the G.F.S. Thoth section of the game basically guarantees a softlock, and if you save in the GFS, you have pretty much locked your save file from advancing. The elevator that takes you to the GFS locks Samus into place once you return (I haven't checked if it happens when you ride it on the way up, but could happen as well). So basically, riding the GFS elevator softlocks the game, as Samus is locked into place when the elevator arrives, and Samus doesn't respond to any button inputs once the elevator reaches its destination. This happens only in the main elevator that takes you to the GFS site, NOT the ones inside the ship. Here's an image of the softlock once Samus stops responding to button input:
(Workaround: Extract the save file from your Switch, copy it to the PC and go through the GFS elevator section in the PC version of AM2R, save and then copy the save over to the Switch with that part completed)
- When you enter into any kind of water, whatever sound effect Samus is playing when entering the water, remains playing as long as you remain in the water.
For example, if Samus enters the water while doing a somersault, the SFX that plays when Samus does a somersault keeps playing as long as you stay in water. You need to basically exit the water doing a somersault as well so it stops playing properly. The same happens with other SFX, like the Screw Attack SFX, it plays as long as you stay in water until you exit the water doing a Screw Attack as well.
Hopefully whichever soul is doing these can fix this and post the updated version on JITS for grabs. With those two issues fixed the game would pretty much work perfectly.

Probably someone that just wants to play AM2R on the go without any kind of hassles or drama.
