hardware cripple is on the way like microshit did to their console a decade ago (hdd cripple)
ninty has plans to inject some code to destroy eMMC NAND Flash IC if it finds traces of non proprietary code on sd card (yes, the ability to read sd card for malicious programs exists since 15.0 fmw)

Two days ago was watching a compilation of every Animal Crossing New Horizons Anti piracy screens.

i agree plus didn't MS get in legal trouble for crippling JTAG'd 360's?plus with scannning SD cards is an invasion of privacy someone could theoreticly sue nintendo for that (and may win) perma banning hacked switches is the only smart thing to do for them
