Hacking Any concern about connecting both Switches to the same home wifi?

Like many of you I have 2 Switches, one for hacking and the other for online play. Does anyone worry about the data collected to go online and update carts or FW...as in, would Ninty IP ban? As a just in case I updated my 2nd Switch via a hot-spot created by my cell phone running a VPN. Not sure if that hides the IP?

The way ipv4 works, they'd be banning random people around the world or on the same ISP.
