Hacking Question Anybody bricked with the fake sx payload?

Anyone got a clue if it's possible to fix withouth backup? Lost my system backup, my hard drive broke and i had forgot to re-backup. Maybe figure out what it does and undo it?

It's hard with a backup so without a backup, just send it to Nintendo.

But that's what I will do as well, get a replacement tablet that is still vulnerable and get the bricked one repaired, and rid of it. Thankfully I have already completed all the games I started, and lost no savegames/progress really.

Some are saying it was Kate who posted the fake brick code in Discord. At least that's what I heard.

You can supposedly fix by reflashing a NAND dump, or building a new NAND dump with choidujour and injecting your biskeys if they're still there/if you backed them up earlier.

They posted it deliberately to make people brick. Even with another person "confirming", showing "proof" that it works.

I can still get into RCM, thus also Hekate. Can I do a dump of the broken NAND and get those keys this way?

You guys can fix it with a nand restore with hekate but if you don't have a nand backup your screwed.

Not quite. You can make a fresh NAND image with the tutorial I linked, provided you have/can get your biskeys.
