Now that Pasta CFW has been released, I seriously need one of these. Preferably under 200 bucks.

All 3DS & 3DS XL units sold new in stores in the States will be on a compatible firmware for Pasta.

Edit: If you're looking for functionality only available on 9.0-9.2 you can download the relevant .cia files for the system software version with 3DSNUS.
