I mean WTF... no aiming reticle unless you press a mouse mutton?Â

That was my thought as well, I'm sure there's a reason for it. May be to make the game more challenging? I'll play it a bit more and see if I like it any better, I'm really just waiting to play it with my mate as I hear the co-op is well done

I personally found the game more fun and more enjoyable with my wireless 360 controller + 360 wireless receiver.

The no reticle is indeed for the challange. Its to encourage use of cover, and to make blindfiring more useless. The game is indeed much more fun on co-op.

say you play gears of war with a friend, and you get to a certain point in the game, is it possible to resume play if you quit the game with your friend from your last point in the game? Or is it the case that you can't save your progress, you can only run through the game without resuming

When starting the game, you can choose "load previous chapter" and you can load any scene that you beat.
