Apollo Save Tool, Platinums with wrong %

I used Apollo Save Tool to unlock trophies after I realized it can't restore trophies to a different system even after a system transfer. Initially I unlocked just the few I had. Got a 91% (Platinum had to be manually unlocked as it wouldn't pop). Then on a 2nd profile, I manually enabled all trophies at once. 65% Platinum. How is this and how can it be fixed? Isn't the database rebuild supposed to do the math right?

I reproduced it on a new account (like 50 reboots, toggling 1 trophy at a time & rebuilding). Seems it's either random or particular to certain gold trophies in God of War Ascension. But I just learned EvilNat can toggle trophies on the fly without need to reboot. Toggling the problematic trophies off and back on fixed the % immediately. It even unlocked the Platinum automatically (though no on-screen popup as all toggles must be done out-of-game).
