Ar Tonelico Qoga : Knell of Ar Ciel - Data Install failed

I tried Ar Tonelico Qoga : Knell of Ar Ciel for the first time (ISO). It had a mandatory install. But it says "Failed to install Game Data" and tells you to delete the Game Data. Tried on 2 different systems (EvilNat 4.90 and a Hen). Both have 1752 MB of supposedly corrupt Game Data. Is there a fix for this? Or is it a bad dump?
