Are there any programs that can to convert .moflex into .mp4 and vice-versa? I want to edit the ingame cinematic of this kenka bancho 6 but so far I haven't found a program. Can anyone help?

well, I guess you can try and compile it yourself then. If you can, upload it to the GBAtemp Downloads section, so people like you could access it easier.

There's the official Mobiclip encoder from Nintendo but that requires signing up to the developers portal, plus you can't share these files around as it goes against the NDA and the GBAtemp rules.

There's a certain article that has a download link to Mobiclip, it was however a pain to find because I seriously didn't expect an article to have a download link to the full program of all the possible places.
I would share the download here but that would be against the rules.
