ROM Hack [ask] Is there a way to manage my sdcard in 3ds ?

Is there a way to manage my sdcard like copy, delete, paste, or maybe rename in 3ds ?
(just like windows explorer or data management on phone)

I know we already have data management on settings, but you know it need a pc each time we use one so it became impossible when i'm away from my pc
