So I'm looking at local used ads for Series S and One X, they are sell for very similar prices.
Series S seems to be the 'clear' winner here because of the better cpu + gpu + ssd => meaning good enough performance for wii and ps2 emulation, plus fast load times.
But at the same time, I can't ignore One X. CPU and GPU still should be good enough up to wii and in time, better ps2 emulation. Can output to 4K, not that it matters for me right now.
Xbox and 360 disc + official backwards compat is a HUGE bonus. Buying cheap OG/360 can easily be done and it really completes the 'all in one emulation machine'
Xbox One games are very cheap as well, but I have a ps4 already, so it doesn't matter much to me, but again, this is a big bonus.
With the series s, you're stuck with digital or gamepass, meaning I'll probably never venture to playing it, because I can just gamepass on my pc.
Wondering what everyone's thoughts are. Would like to hear how good emulation 'really' runs if you have an one x or series s.
