Hacking Baldurs Gate Dark Alliance 1 - Health bar and menu shaking

So I got the game working on my PS3 and solved the rendering problems with a config file but in some areas is the health bar shaking/jittering. In some areas everything is ok and in other areas the health bar and options menue shakes.

Can someone help me with this problem or is this a known issue that is not solvable?

Yes I got it working on the WiiU but I really want it to work on the PS3 ...
