Best/Recommended Browser

what is the best/recommended browser these days? I still use firefox, but it is resource intensive, and I know it keeps locking up on my parents' pc. also, is it easy to import bookmarks, history, passwords, etc. to this new browser from firefox? I don't have to redo everything, right? also, can I have my bookmarks in a sidebar like firefox? I prefer it that way, since they're easy to access. thanks.

i say whatever works
all browser have import feature
i use chrome
i used firefox for a long time
streamers/youtubers are pushing opera gx
i would use netscape over explorer/edge

I'm using Edge. Came with the lap. Can't say I like it though, but it does have an option to use other search engines, like DuckDuckGo. I might try that.

I also have Chrome as a stand by.

I put my parents on edge as a temporary fix, but it may turn into a permanent one considering my dad only uses it for ebay or to search on google. it may not be worth using a new browser after he just learned how to use this one.

it does have that option, under settings, privacy searches, at the very bottom of that list.

Firefox. Its one of the only browsers that still exists that doesn't use chromium, which then contributes to a web browser monopoly.

I can't believe its still a thing, I figured after its initial release everyone knew this was a load of crap from a mile away.

I use Brave. I used to use Firefox but the ads slowly turned me off of it. I also used Chrome but I didn’t like the resource usage at the time and I don’t like the Google tether.
