Makes that video chat feature quite a bit more useful(yay, someone else in my family with one!).
Never played Earthbound did you? How about Pikmin? Starfox? Zelda? Luigi's Mansion? Metroid? While they may not all be "deep and engrossing" there's certainly more there than your everyday FPS.Atlus?
I love Nintendo but unique and interesting stories is something I have never associated with them.
Good choice, I say screw all the Nintendo naysayers. Let them have their Call of Duty's and their Gears of War. Even though Nintendo releases franchise games that are similar to previous iterations at least there are distinct differences and innovations. I personally don't care for Sony this generation and I've never cared for Microsoft so as far as I can tell I'll be sticking with the company that makes fun games with unique and interesting stories.

Lol at Nintendo fanboys thinking all Sony and Microsoft fans do is play FPS games.Good choice, I say screw all the Nintendo naysayers. Let them have their Call of Duty's and their Gears of War. I don't know about Earthbound or Star Fox, but Pikmin is basically "yeah you ended up on this planet somehow, now collect stuff to get back", Zelda is basically "princess (or someone else) got kidnapped, save her and the world in the process", Luigi's Mansion is basically "Luigi gets gifted a creepy mansion, go explore it. Oh and there's ghosts". I'll give you Metroid Prime though.Never played Earthbound did you? How about Pikmin? Starfox? Zelda? Luigi's Mansion? Metroid? That's very true. You gotta love Nintendo's backward compatibility. Microsoft and Sony could take a lesson from them. I also love that you can buy and play old school games from NES, SNES, N64 etc.The main reason I like the Wii U right now, is pretty simple. If at the point of purchase, you did not see any Wii U games that stood out to you, and you had the original Wii, you could use all of your old games and accessories on the new system.
I don't know about Xbox One but Gaikai will allow PS4 and Vita to stream PS2 and PS3 games to both systems. That's very true. You gotta love Nintendo's backward compatibility. It's like when you own the latest Nintendo system you own them all.
That is very cool, but still not a real backwards compatibility. I see no reason why PS4 couldn't run at least PS3 Games like the Wii U runs Wii games.I don't know about Xbox One but Gaikai will allow PS4 and Vita to stream PS2 and PS3 games to both systems.
Again, PS and Xbox libraries are not filled with just FPS games.Good chose!! I always pick Nintendo over Xbox & PS, You can only play so many first person shooter games until you wanna puke!
