Gaming Black screen when gameplay

Does any one had a black screen when start the gameplay but before that -like when the game start booting and the main menu-everything looks ok? Well this is happened to me and I do not know how to fix it, the problem actually from the console it self not the game beacause i tried the same game with another console and the gameplay runs very well

Can still be the game. Though first idea would usually be the pins are dirty -- sometimes pins going out of contact would produce a black screen or crashing like that.
