Homebrew Bootmii Not Working

No luck. I did notice something tho.. idk if this is helpful but when launching casper it says ios flags 254 v65281 and after that it just quits out. Edit: Is there like a debugger tool anywhere? That would be handy in being able to tell exactly what's happening.

Alright so update. Inputted my sys check into modmii to see what ios's i needed and stubs to uninstall and upon doing that my new sys check says "According to your SysCheck log your Wii's softmods are up to date." in ModMii. Here's the new log anyway.
