Hardware bought a used wii, works good but...

I noticed when playing ToS2, I dont get disc read error, but it skips sometimes in fights and voices gets delayed in cutscenes. It is the same disc i played on my brothers wii and it worked perfectly.

I recently bought a used wii with a wiikey. is it the wii laser that could be bad, or is it caused by the modchip? Maybe i just buy a wii kit cleaner?

modded exactly same as mine. wiikey + homebrew channel + geckoos
