Hacking Bricked New 2DS XL with Luma CFW

Hello everybody, I have a new 3ds xl that was modified with luma3ds cfw. The console is bricked (black screen with blue led lighting for a second).
I have the sd card with all the luma files and the R4 card that was used for boot9strap (and a magnet too).
I tried to press L+R+up+A during startup but Nothing changed.

I absolutely have no idea how to solve it, I I do not think it is an hardware issue… could anybody help me?

Carefully look at the blue LED. If it is fading off this is B9S doing a controlled shutdown. If it goes dark instantly this is likely hardware based.
The difference isn't easy to see.

It is fading off in About 1-2 seconds, it does not Seems to shut down immediately
