I started playing mw3 on the wii yesterday. If I am correct, there has already been 2 patches. As the game is now, being with no patches, it's almost unplayable. I go to spec ops and it tells me about an update and asks me to launch multiplayer to get it, which I do but there's no prompt in multiplayer for any update. Is there a way to patch it manually or how do I get the updates? Thanks in advance.

How are you playing mw3? (Usbloader or neek(2o))
You need to choose the multiplayer option and select the MW3 online. It should tell you about the updates.
The pal version shows v114.4 in the upper right corner when the update was done.
You are unable to perform the update in neek2o.
The issue should be fixed with the latest svn versions of uneek, but I haven't heard of people succeeding yet.
You can start the game on real nand, perform the update, backup your nand with bootmii, extract the nand with showmiinand.
Extract the mw3 update, and place it on your neek2o emulated nand with the showmiinand program. It's the only workaround
for neek2o that works in my case.

Damn, I haven't been on here in while. My wife and I went on a mushroom trip like 10 years ago. A friend had a PS3TV with the glasses and some racing game. It hit when I was playing the game and I freaked out because I thought I was really driving and crashed. -
