Homebrew Can I create new 3DS game and export to .cia ?

Hello ! I want to create a 3DS game because I have some experience in computer code writing (Yes I'm french ^^)

I have Unity with Nintendo licence but I can't export the game to cia because an error is appear (Please, tell me what will I do )

I know : Python, HTML and a little C#

IDE : Visual Studio

I have a Nintendo 2DS 11.6 with CFW (Luma3DS) with 4 Gb SD Card and Dev Menu app, FBI and Freeshop. (+ CIA Homebrew)

As long as you don't do anything illegal like distribute your game because you've used official SDK tools and that's a big no-no *wink wink*, you have several options in converting .3ds files into .cia, so long as you keep it to yourself.

• HackingToolkit3DS (I cannot f'ing tell which is which somethings. See the 9 vs 3)

• makerom + ctrtool (ol' fashion. Here's the guide how to use them)
• 3DS Lazy

You'll probably need only one. Find what works best for you. There are probably several other tools out there missed in this list (sorry!).

You could create a game using homebrew libs and then convert the *.3dsx file to a 3ds or a cia, but no idea if you're usign the official sdk

Not necessarily, now that the bootroms are out it's easy to convert dev to retail (or the opposite) with only a PC... which is basically the answer to the original question, heh
