Can I hack the Xbox One's CPU?

Microsoft said the only thing they can trust is the CPU. They won't care if you mod it for £600 or more than 10 games. I want to mod the CPU and my budget is £1000. Is there anyone that can do it?

The answer is no.

I don't know the quote/context, but my guess is that MS were referring to how the OG Xbox was hacked in part because people were able to sniff the data buses used as part of it's security.

Of course that doesn't mean it's necessarily impossible, like with the 360, but there are no such publicly available hacks as of now.
