Hacking Can I play games with English texts on a Wii U that runs on Tiramisu?

So, I just bought a second-hand, Japan-region Wii U, which the seller marketed as running on Tiramisu. I am still trying to familiarize myself with everything, but there is one thing that kind of bugs me: can I even play games with English texts with this unit?
