Can I play xbla games on windows ?

I’m total noob about Xbox emulation and I just wanna know if there is an Xbox 360 emulator for Windows that can run Xbla games ?
Or any way to play xbla games natively on windows ?

There is this old project for porting Xbox 360 executables to Windows that looks pretty much abandoned at this point: https://github.com/rexdex/recompiler

Otherwise the only working Xbox 360 emulator is Xenia. https://xenia.jp/

xenia works great
