I want to transfer my TOTK save file from my clean switch to my banned switch to edit the save file then transfer it back to the clean switch. Is this possible?

You may try something "funny":
-get a 3rd switch that is hacked but not banned.
-maybe it will work
-maybe you will be banned in both devices for cheating.

not unless your clean console can run homebrew.

if it can, you can export the save with JKSV and import on the other console. or if you don't want to run any homebrew on the "clean console" but if you are able to inject payload, you can run hekate and mount your NAND on NandManager to extract the save
