ROM Hack Question Can JKSV (or other manager) backup and restore user profile (hours played etc)?

Ive set up a fresh Emunand when transitioning from SXOS to Atmosphere, got all my saves backed up and restored via JKSV, but user profile says I just started playing those games (something like Animal Crossing should say like 150 hours or whatever). Is there a way to save/restore that data?
