How can I intall and where do I put the files of this snes emulator to be able to paly with it on my Wii U? Also which is the correct download I should get from the download page?

@joelcanciones You run it in vWii mode like any other Wii homebrew application.

Do you have your Wii U with CFW? Because if you don't, it's recommended that you do it first. Follow the steps from wiiu.hacks.guide.

Then you can run Retroarch from the Homebrew Launcher or install a forwarder in the NAND or USB device connected to your console.
