Can you move games from the SD card to the internal memory? I know that you can do this on the Wii U, but is it possible on the Nintendo Switch? Thanks.

Yeah of course. You dont move them tho, you just tell the installer to install on sysnand instead of sd

It is not possible. You will have to uninstall the game, remove the SD card and then attempt to download it again.

With you on uninstalling game but what do you mean by remove the sd card? You never have to remove your sd card again there's usb install for games and nxmtp for other files. I haven't removed my sd card from my Switch in months.

I am talking about legitimate install of games, not backup loaders. He is asking if it is possible to move a already installed game to the internal memory, not how to do install a game to internal memory with a installer.

If you wish to install a legit game from eShop you must remove the SD card before installing, if not it will by default install to SD.

But he gave no indication at all he's talking about a legit eshop game.
