Just wondering if a save from the (E)/EU version would work with the (U)/USA version. Wondering if it's worth my time to start the EU one if it can be transfered over to the North American version.
Thanks.

Who knows? The (U) release hasn't been dumped yet. Apparently the (J) save works with the (E) dump so there's a good chance that it will be compatible.

But if you start the (E) release why not just continue playing the (E) release? Change the file name to Pokemon USA IZ DA BEST.nds if that makes you feel more comfortable.

The saves between (J) and (E) are compatible, so it would be extremely unlikely that the (E) wouldn't be compatible with the (U) save.

We will know for sure when it get dumped, shouldn't be long

This has been true for every DS Pokemon game so far. I propose that since you can edit your SAV with Pokesav 0.06c, which was designed for J, and it is still able to read the data just fine then the SAV is transferable across all regions.
