Hacking Cannot download files with my 3DS: Error Code 032-1209

I tried to download .cia files with my 3ds, to update some applications.

When I try to update them with qr code in fbi, I get the following error:

Failed ot install from URL.
https://github.com/BernardoGiordano...
Result code: 0xD8A0A03C
Level: Permanent (27)
Summary: Invalid state (5)
Module: HTTP (40)
Desc: Failed to verify TLS certificate (60)

When I try to download it manually with the 3ds web browser, I get the following error (in German):

Error Code: 032-1209
"Diese Datei kann nicht geladen werden"

(This file cannot be loaded)


My specs:
- New 3DS XL
- 3DS Firmware: 11.6.0
- b9s 1.3
- luma3ds 9.0.

You will manually need to install QRaken(https://github.com/BernardoGiordano/QRaken/releases/tag/v1.2) a qr code scanner that supports TLS 1.2

So, do I need this for all files from github?

Am I the only person with this problem? Why does fbi not work with this?
