Hacking Can't install pkg error code 80029564

Hello.
I've undusted my PS3 lol. It has Rebug on it, so I decided to get the pkg file of Donald Duck: Goin' Quackers as PSN pkg game.
The error says it might be a corrupted file, but I'm not sure since I just got it and since I use the PS3 again after so long.
Can anyone help? Thanks.
