Hardware Can't save in pokemon sun

Hello,
I can't save in pokemon sun on my new 3ds xl, i have an error. I changed the region (JAP to EU), i saw in the guide that theres problems with o3ds and 2ds : "Old 3DSs / 2DSs may need to format (using TinyFormat or the System Settings) to play extended memory mode games (such as Monster Hunter, Super Smash Bros, or Pokemon Sun/Moon)."
Here's my error when i try to save :
"Error has occured. Press and hold the power button to turn off".

Did you format your 3ds when you region changed? That's something you must do

I dont remember, i formtted it 5 mins ago, im downloading all my games again ...

Formatted it with tinyformat, its working now !
