Okay, been working on this for a couple of days now, and I finally got "banner.cgfx" and "banner.bacwav"

My issue now is how should I import those to a functional .cia/3ds, tried to rebuild the game with 3ds builder by following this tutorial

But, there says you don't need the "DecryptedBanner" folder which is exactly the one I need to change (It has the original "banner.cgfx" and "banner.bacwav" inside)
Deleting it, would only let me with .bin archives

Edit: Also, I guess it has something to do with bannertool, but I don't even now how to use it, do I have to open it with cmd/python/visual studio/any other program? Google doesn't give me the answers I'm looking for. You are my only hope.

nnertool in a terminal, e.g bannertool makebanner -i banner.pn
By using Every File Explorer (.bcres is the same as .cgfx so just change the extension) and an Alternative version of Audacity
