Hardware Change to bigger SD Card

Hi. Sorry I'm very new into this. I have a new 2DS with Mario Kart and i installed this Seedminer - EASY MODE and it worked fine.
Now i wanted to change for a bigger sd card (32 gb). I made a copy on the pc but when i use the new card, there is no software.No mariokart and no homebrew.
What do i have to do to change to the bigger card? Didn't find a tutorial. Would be nice if someone give me a hint.

You should be able to just copy everything from the old SD to the new one.
