Hey guys. About this Save Editor:

The author of the tool (marcrobledo) responded to an open issue on GitHub (https://github.com/marcrobledo/savegame-editors/issues/164), stating that maybe he could start working on an update for Tears of The Kingdom compatibility. However, in order to do so, it would be necessary to have access to the the object hash list (as it seems the savegame structure is quite similar, acording to him).

I am not sure how to get such thing, but perhaps someone around here does. As a curious attempt, I extracted the RomFS/game files from the XCI, but I have zero idea of what to look for within the large amount of files and folders. If anyone has interest and availability to provide some insight about the matter, I believe the open Issue page is a good place to keep it going, since Marc already labeled a request for help there.

It's only capable of editing ruppees as of now, but with the Object Hash List, and some help from other, the tool will definetly start to grow in features.

Recent requests do seem to muddy things towards that a bit, it would be helpful if people could clarify the details of the game they are requesting for - It'll save a bit of frustration in the long run. It's also worth bearing in mind that right now, we are rather privileged to have the game before it's even officially released, and it's alsoworth considering that it took a while for BoTW to get to the point where modders could really do huge things with it. Patience is key.

Yeah, the memory addresses that the cheat codes rely on tend to change with new versions, so there's more work to find the hooks again. In the absence of changelog info for the 1.1.0 update, it's probably best to stick with the base game and the cheats you've been using so far for now.

888 is effective for valuables such as Kroger fruit and crystal fragments after the props are not reduced and the props are consumed. Patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder who pursue the original data of valuables should use it with caution!

You can roll back to an earlier version where the cheats are confirmed to work for 1.0.0 - it's probably not ideal though, depending on how far into the game you are, but it should allow you to make some progress elsewhere. Chaosta linked the older version here:

ca nsomeone make something that maxes out your korok seeds? i tried a code that gives 999 of an item when you pick up your second item of the same type. but it don't work on korok seeds. i really need something for korok seeds those things are demons and hard to get enough of and i don't want to spend a lot of time farming them its one of the few things i didn't like about botw and its worse in totk
